2. Description of Service

DishFlowIt provides a restaurant management platform including mobile applications for staff and customers, a web dashboard for managers, and automated marketing tools.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer a 7-day free trial for new restaurant accounts. After the trial period, your selected subscription plan will begin. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can manage your subscription at any time through our billing portal.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DishFlowIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
